Acceptable Use
What the platform must not be used for. Short, and enforced.
Before you rely on this
This document is a drafting framework prepared for a platform that is not yet trading. It has not been reviewed by qualified counsel in any jurisdiction, and it must be before it is relied upon by anybody.
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited use
- Offering an instrument to a person to whom that offer would be unlawful.
- Any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds, evade sanctions, or facilitate tax evasion.
- Recording information you know to be false, or uploading a document you know to be forged.
- Attempting to access another workspace’s data, or to circumvent a permission or approval requirement.
- Probing, scanning or load-testing the platform without written authorisation. See the security page for how to report a vulnerability responsibly.
- Scraping the platform, or using it to build a competing dataset.
- Sharing credentials, or allowing an unnamed person to act under a named account.
2. What we do about it
We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached in a way that presents a risk to other users or to the integrity of a register. We will tell you what we have done and why, unless we are prohibited from doing so by law.
Before this page is published
The highlighted terms above are facts about a specific legal entity that this draft does not know. Each must be supplied, and the whole document reviewed by qualified counsel, before anybody relies on it.
